REFERRAL PARTNERSHIP ENROLLMENT FORM

This Referral Partnership Enrollment Form (the “Enrollment Form”) is entered into by and between ECONMOBILE, LLC D/B/A 20FOUR7VA, a Maryland limited liability company (“20four7VA” or the “Company”), and [PARTNER LEGAL NAME], a [State/Country] [Entity Type] (“Partner”).

1. Partnership philosophy

The purpose of the Referral Partner Program is to create a mutually beneficial relationship in which partner’s organization may introduce potential clients that could benefit from 20four7VA’s services. In return, 20four7VA will provide a professional referral experience, timely communication, and the applicable referral benefits described in the Partnership Proposal.

3. 20four7VA Partnership Program

Partner may refer prospective clients to 20four7VA through the approved referral channels listed in this Enrollment Form.

Referred prospects will complete 20four7VA’s onboarding link, intake form, discovery form, or other 20four7VA-approved intake process directly.

20four7VA will evaluate, onboard, contract with, bill, and service referred clients in accordance with its standard business practices and applicable client agreements.

4. Commercial Terms

Selected Compensation Model: the Parties select the following compensation model for this Enrollment Form:[ ] Flat Recurring Incentive Model
Partner will receive recurring referral income from each eligible Covered Engagement.Referral income under this model will be calculated monthly and may continue for up to [Insert Period] from the applicable VA start date for each eligible Covered Engagement, only while the Covered Engagement remains active and eligible and only on amounts actually received and retained by 20four7VA.[ ] One-Off Incentive Model

Custom terms: [Insert]Additional VA Engagements:[NT1] If an eligible Referred Client engages more than one VA, role, or service engagement with 20four7VA, Partner will receive referral income on each eligible Covered Engagement for that Referred Client, subject to the Referral Partner Terms.For the Flat Recurring Incentive Model, each additional eligible Covered Engagement will have its own applicable VA start date and its own maximum referral income period.For the One-Off Incentive Model, each additional eligible Covered Engagement may qualify for its own one-time referral payment if the applicable earning conditions are satisfied.Payment Condition: Referral income is payable only while the Covered Engagement remains active and eligible, and only on amounts actually received and retained by 20four7VA from the applicable Referred Client.No Other Incentive: No upfront, one-time, hybrid, bonus, recurring, or other referral payment will apply unless expressly selected above or agreed in a written amendment or updated Enrollment Form approved by both Parties.

5. Gross Profit Basis

Referral income is calculated based on gross profit, not gross revenue, quoted rates, scheduled hours, invoice amounts, or uncollected amounts.

For purposes of this Enrollment Form, “Gross Profit” means Net Collected Revenue actually received and retained by 20four7VA from the applicable Referred Client for the applicable Covered Engagement, less direct staffing costs and other applicable cost adjustments, as further described in the Referral Partner Terms.

No referral income is owed on taxes, pass-through costs, reimbursable expenses, setup fees, software or tooling charges, background check charges, payment processing surcharges, refunds, credits, reversals, chargebacks, disputed amounts, written-off amounts, or uncollected amounts.

6. Referral Tracking

Partner must refer prospects through one or more of the following approved referral channels or attribution methods:

Client Self-Identification: If a referred prospect or Referred Client tells 20four7VA, whether through an intake form, onboarding form, discovery call, email, written communication, or other Company-recognized communication, that it was referred by Partner, 20four7VA may attribute that prospect or Referred Client to Partner, subject to the Referral Partner Terms.
Other Approved Tracking Method: [Insert]

There is no fixed attribution expiration period while this Enrollment Form remains in effect. If a referred prospect is properly tracked through an approved referral channel or attribution method and later becomes an eligible Referred Client, Partner may receive referral income in accordance with this Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms.

Referral income is not owed for existing 20four7VA clients, former clients, existing leads, existing prospects, existing opportunities, prospects already recorded in 20four7VA’s CRM or pipeline, prospects already in discussions with 20four7VA, or referrals otherwise disqualified under the Referral Partner Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Referral income will be calculated after the end of each calendar month based on amounts actually received and retained by 20four7VA during that month.

Subject to Partner’s compliance with this Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms, earned referral income will be paid within thirty (30) days after month-end.

Payments will be made in U.S. Dollars through selected payment platform.

Partner is responsible for any intermediary bank fees, outgoing transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and payment platform fees charged to Partner or deducted from Partner’s payment.

8. Term & Renewal

Renewal Term: Successive one-year renewal terms
Non-Renewal Notice: At least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term

Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the Referral Partner Terms, this Enrollment Form will automatically renew for successive one-year renewal terms unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term.

Any modification to referral income, payment timing, referral tracking, approved referral channels, renewal terms, or other commercial terms must be mutually agreed in writing by both Parties.

9. Terms and Conditions

This Enrollment Form is governed by the 20four7VA Referral Partner Terms and Conditions available at [Insert Website Link], version dated [Insert Version Date], which are incorporated into this Enrollment Form by reference.

This Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms together constitute the agreement between the Parties regarding the referral partnership program.

In the event of any conflict between this Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms, this Enrollment Form will control with respect to the specific commercial terms expressly stated in this Enrollment Form. The Referral Partner Terms will control all legal, operational, compliance, confidentiality, data protection, non-solicitation, non-circumvention, termination, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution terms unless this Enrollment Form expressly states otherwise.

Each Party represents and warrants that it has full authority to execute and deliver this Enrollment Form and to perform its obligations under this Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms.

This Enrollment Form becomes effective on the later of: (a) the date of the last signature below; or (b) the Start Date stated above.

10. Marketing & Publicity

Any use of either Party’s name, logo, case study, testimonial, use case, or description of the relationship requires the other Party’s prior written approval in each instance.

11. Governing Law

This Enrollment Form and the Referral Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
